Do not consider moving here. Don’t help these lazy, slumlord owners pay their mortgage. Don’t become a tenant here. My best advice is to buy a house in a nice family/residential area to build a family. This place is noisy, the water is for ever being cut off because there is a piping issue throughout the whole building, water is brown and dingy sometimes🤢. Police is forever on that street … like everyday… There’s animal feces throughout the building from pet owners. Parking is a mess, “maintenance” what maintenance, don’t be fooled by updated units. All of it is patchwork. It’ll fall apart…(People are better off getting a house and paying the mortgage themselves instead of helping slumlords pay their mortgage for an apartment building) There’s loud piano playing from on-site manger no rega

Don't move here, the Manger is nosy and always parks in front of your parking spot, feels like your in a jail, lived here for 12 yrs, they don't repair anything until the tenants move out, and she'll keep your down payment as well,
