Good experience, nice and big room for the family. Parking is available with a fee. The water fountain and coffee machine are a good addition to the hotel. The only downside is that the shower pressure is not so high. Some other hotel guests might be noisy.

My stay at Hollywood Inn Suites was nothing short of outstanding. The newly remodeled rooms are designed with such class and attention to detail—they feel modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully the room was set up, with plenty of plug-ins for all my devices and both bed and couch accommodations that made relaxing effortless.||The service was just as impressive. The front desk woman was amazing—warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Her kindness set the tone for the entire stay.||Overall, Hollywood Inn Suites exceeded my expectations. Stylish rooms, great comfort, and exceptional hospitality make this a place I’d happily return to and highly recommend.

Positive: The look and feel of luxury with an affordable price. Negative: Not enough towels for the stay. Had to wait a few hours for staff to come in and wash towels at 9 a.m. Although I was awake a 6a.m. Once my party was ready to leave at 930 am I was not ready and they had to wait.

If you’re only in LA two or one night you should stay here but any longer than that and you’ll hate this hotel. We waited like half an hour because the only front desk agent was who knows where, there was a line of 7 parties, and then the agent was extremely fed up and quiet and not particularly helpful. Whole hotel smells rank, mixture of coffee and mildew, toilets hardly flush, but extremely nice coffee machines in the lobby and a very nice pool if you go in summer. Location is pretty dubious but your car will be fine if you pay for lot parking. Very direct route to the beach and BMO stadium and other venues. If the rate is cheap and you’re only here less than two nights you might as well stay here.

My son who is autistic found himself in a little bit of a bind with nowhere to stay. It was very late around 11 o’clock last night. I am in Florida mind you he called me. I booked the reservation for him, forgetting that there is three hour time difference and I booked it for the next day accidentally. I asked Mr. Gonzalez through my sons phone because they would not pick up the phone at the hotel and asked him to please allow him to stay there and change the booking for that night and they said no because he didn’t have a physical credit card as he had lost it. I told him whatever they need. I can send it to them. They were very unpleasant. I had to call customer service and at the 800 number which is outsourced and they were actually more pleasant than they were at the front desk, they
