Positives: Girl at front desk was very nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable, large TV, table and chairs, AC noisy but worked, covered parking was nice, close to lots of places to eat, small fridge and coffee maker. Negatives: We stayed two nights, room was not serviced in between. No fresh towels, soap, coffee supplies, etc. TP holder was not secured well, ice machine required quarters, took my quarter and still didn't give ice, room lacked adequate lighting.

The lack of value doesn't equal the quality. In other words, what you pay is not worth what you get. I've been here three days. I had to change my own sheets. The father/husband runs this place is rude. His daughter seems to be very nice, but she doesn't run the front desk all the time. Go to Motel 6 in Carson. Great value absolutely clean and great customer service. This place is not worth it. Go to motel six in Carson, which is literally 2 miles from this location.

My family experienced extremely distressing and unprofessional treatment at this location during an emergency housing placement. We were staying at this property through an approved emergency motel voucher due to homelessness involving minor children, a dependent senior, and a domestic violence survivor. Despite confirmation that our placement was authorized, staff created repeated barriers, questioned our right to be there, and provided conflicting information about occupancy and checkout. On the day of checkout, management and front desk staff repeatedly pressured my family to leave immediately, including my children and elderly family member, even while it was raining and cold.
