Best Western Plus Gardena Inn & Suites

Everything is average but this is an Internet nightmare. They put up a firewall that you can't penetrate the cloud without trouble shooting each click, each page, each site, each... etc. Google sites, news site... forget it. Streaming you think? It's laughable. Bring your phone for hot spot. Otherwise, leave your laptop or tablet behind.

Clean, well equipped, well maintained, large room. Nice breakfast. Front desk could have been a bit nicer, however, they were good. Large parking lot. Good value for money

This hotel review is quite unique because from the outside of the hotel you would want to go somewhere else to stay because it's not located in a great area at all. However, once you get in the hotel it's a different experience. ||THE POSITIVES:||- Breakfast was on point daily and there were several items to choose from. They had different entrees daily which was good.||- Love the security measures of needing a key card to get up stairs. That made me feel very safe.||- The evening front desk staff was attentive and friendly.||- The Rooms were a very nice size...lot's of space with a microwave and refrigerator. Loved the seating area within the room||-The parking area is gated which is very good due to the area that the hotel is located in.||- PARKING WAS COMPLIMENTARY unlike many of the

Positive: Two king beds in the room Negative: Yes. The staff was awful. They let people smoke pot in their rooms, which made us need to leave the hotel and make other plans.

The rooms and service was great. The location was among the old and new environment but once there I felt safe. There were good food choices around and the hotel offered food service. I would stay here again.
