Avenue Motel

I wanted to like this place because of the price and apparent good reviews, but it was so bad we left after 1 hour. Staff was friendly, but the area was questionable. We got room 103 in the corner near the street. Door did not have a proper number sign, it was sharpied on. Room was absolutely filthy, strange smell, white splatters on the wood bed frame, walls covered in dirt marks and dust, bathroom toilet falling out of place, tubs had orange lines of gunk and dirt, mini fridge had stuff running down it. We asked the front of our room could be cleaned, but the cleaning lady just sprayed bleach and wiped a couple things down. It was still disgusting afterwards too. Beds were uncomfortable. We had a small child with us and felt so uncomfortable that we were willing to lose the money and jus

Great motel and good price. Rooms were clean and spacious. The lady on the front desk was very nice and helpful. Free parking spaces just in front of the room made loading and unloading very quick and easy. Good selections of shops nearby. Not too far from the airport so it was great for me to stop before my flight.

Low key quiet clean and affordable very secure many food locations and bars restaurants very close to the motel friendly staff clean rooms everything works from the heater to the tv remodeled bathrooms ill be coming back!

Beautiful rooms with renovated restrooms. Very comfortable closed in parking lot and the people there are respectful and nice. I gifted a whole luggage of knomes to their little girl because I couldn't carry them on my trip. Turns out they had been looking for them everywhere for their little girls bday party. It was a win win win all around. I felt bad about not telling them we had our pet duck but I was exhausted from the road trip. During check out time we let our pet duck run around in the parking lot.
