I booked this hotel through Agoda after seeing a listing clearly stating the room included two queen beds. However, when I arrived, the room only had one full bed. I immediately contacted the front desk and showed them my booking confirmation, which clearly indicated two queen beds. Instead of resolving the issue, the front desk staff insisted that because I paid $81, it could only be for one full bed. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, even after I provided proof of my reservation. Everything was very convenient. Close to the road so easily accessible and fast to get to Monterey or Carmel if you have a car. The room was just a little cold and you could still hear the street though it was still surprisingly quiet for it being so close to the highway.

It was budget, friendly and quiet. The room was clean, my children, spouse and I slept comfortably. The staff, while checking in and out, were very friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say the experience was made so much better thanks to the new manager, Kishan. From the moment I checked in, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail stood out. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, and you can really tell he cares about making sure everyone has the best possible stay. His customer service is honestly some of the best I’ve experienced at any hotel — he’s approachable, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. The only small issue I had was that the cleaning staff tended to knock very early in the morning, which caught me off guard a few times. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it’s worth mentioning so future guests know to use the “do not disturb” sign if they want to slee

Me and my boyfriend did show up super late in the middle of the night and we’re still greeted very friendly. We use the window which was one of our favorite parts of our stay Thank you guys so much for a beautiful room and great hospitality. The cleaning ladies were so on top of it!
