Do NOT stay here. Any positive reviews you see for this hotel (on any platform) are not accurate and I believe were paid for by the owner. The condition of the hotel is a 1 star, not a 3. The facility is in need of repairs and updates. The check-in area was dirty and my husband said the counter was sticky. We requested a non-smoking room and when we walked into our room, it smelled of smoke. When we look up, we could see someone tampered with the smoke alarm on the wall, which staff did not fix. The bed sheets are all made of plastic, which was unsettling to say the least. Worst of all, this hotel has people living in it. This place is absolutely terrible. We would never have taken the room had there been ANY vacancies anywhere! After a long, drawn out explanation about someone cancelling and the room being available, we did decide to stay. The room had cheesy bedspreads and curtains that were too small for the window and would not close. The wall covering was broken and had a hole where an electrical outlet used to be. There were no cups provided; we had to go to the office to ask for some.

Positive: Unfortunately just the owners/managers. They were kind. But everything else was terrible Negative: The cleanliness overall was 0. The room was not clean. Floors were not swept or moped. Stains on the floor, walls. Microwave had previous cakes on food and splatters. Absolutely disgusting.

I consider myself a well traveled man. This place is amazingly unkempt. From the minute we checked in, the scent of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. There were burn marks of what seemed like drug paraphernalia on the side table. The other side table was a folding table? The room curtains smelt like it came from a trash can. The bed sheet didn’t seem to have been washed in who knows forever. The walls look like they have seen better days. The linens had cigarette burn holes in them. The room exposed wire to name a few things that made us leave after a night. We had to ask for towels and toiletries and they were trying to give us one towel and a sachet of shampoo. I had to explain we were booked for two day and two people where in the room. The owner/ manager looked at me like I would steal

0 stars. I was trying to save a buck for a budget weekend but will think twice next time. This place was disappointingly disgusting. After looking at the place I’m convinced nothing was cleaned before we got there. It saddens me because the owners/managers were kind but clearly don’t want to spend the time or money and don’t care about their guests. Will NEVER stay here again
