San Antonio Marriott Northwest Medical Center

Angela and Laura in the catering/service area were amazing! The food was consistently good across both days of our conference, and their staff were very attentive to our guests. One server overheard a guest say that she loved their bread and a new bread basket of hot rolls appeared at her elbow. Every meal past that, there was always a fresh basket of rolls where that guest sat. Our glasses were never empty, and each meal was delicious. The chicken mole was a particular favorite. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of our members! Thank you also Theresa and Susan for helping us plan our event!

Our non-profit organization just had a wonderful luncheon at this Marriott for 140+ people. The sales and catering manager (Teresa Vasquez) is a joy to work with. She is the secret to a successful function. Angela and Laura were so professional, friendly and accomodating as they managed the room set-up and meal service. Our guests praised the food, service and facility. What a wonderful team to ensure the event goes perfectly.

Talia made my experience 100% percent better after a rocky first day/night in the hotel. She was a breathe of fresh air, and went the extra mile/above and beyond expectations to make sure I had a pleasant stay for the weekend. Her hospitality was amazing and I will consider coming back for another getaway in the future. The room upgrade was one of the highlights for my weekend and the bed was very comfortable. The bar staff were great to speak with and kept the drinks flowing every evening. The vibe in the M Club Lounge was better than I have ever experienced before. Room Service (Breakfast) was decent for it to have been hotel food and I wish it would have been a little hotter that it was. The restaurant (Breakfast) was okay, and the only complaint would be is the breakfast is way

We stayed for six nights at the San Antonio Marriott NW/Medical Center. ||The hotel is one of the few properties in San Antonio that doesn’t charge a resort fee…the ten dollar parking fee is reasonable. ||Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Throughout our stay we felt valued by the entire team. ||The M Club is one of the top lounges in the U.S. (of any brand club that is included with status). The lounge is open 24 hours a day and on weekends…a rare but very appreciated treat. Michael and Frances both took great care of us and made sure we were comfy and well fed. The food is high quality…the evening offering rotated between beef and chicken and was followed up by delicious desserts. ||The property is in NW SA and makes a great base camp for visiting SA, New Braunfels, Ban

Our stay has been amazing and Susie has gone above and beyond to take care of us and our accommodations. We needed to extend our trip and she helped get us into another room right away and even offered to hold our luggage and have it brought up to the room while we were gone for the day. She always greets us with a smile and is consistently checking in with us to make sure we have everything we want or need. Would gladly stay at this hotel again, and her impeccable service is a big factor!
