SAMIR Stay at NW Expressway

Went here because of the price and better reviews than lower priced places. Everything was good, except the bed. It was really too soft and hurt my back after a few days. Room 112. The free breakfast was kind of lacking too. I have no idea why they had salt pepper and ketchup there. They offer bagels cereal bananas and oatmeal. Staff was just fine. The woman that cleaned the room was great and a real hard worker. It's not a bad place for the price.

Little hard to find but price is as advertised unlike similar hotels across town. Don't know why it's only listed as 2.5 stars room was clean an stocked with everything it should come with Highly recommended. Just dont forget ur cell so you can GPS somewhere to eat. Other then that good rates clean rooms. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars

This was better than I expected upon arrival. Check in was ok, $50 deposit is a pain and I find it disrespectful it’s as if they don’t trust you. Anyway, room was good, clean, well appointed, usual air con fridge microwave coffee make iron/board and safe. There is a small fitness room which I used everything worked well, but air con wasn’t that great. Breakfast next morning was basic, no hot food other than waffles or toast. Che k out was fine. Car park is large and safe. Wifi was ok.

The service was generally adequate. The exterior was good, but the interior is extremely old, very outdated, and not well-maintained. The furniture and bedding were dirty and stained. When I got in bed I saw multiple bugs come from under the pillows. I was shocked! Their breakfast was at best continental, but don't expect much. I travel frequently and use many hotel brands. This is the first hotel to charge $10/hour for a late checkout, which I was willing to and did pay. The hotel policy states "...$10/hour or after 2 PM a charge for another night". I agreed to pay for two extra hours for a checkout at 1 PM. However, the front desk attendant was incredibly rude about it. I don't recommend this place at all.
