Place has gone to hell.back in June we were without water for 10 days. Owner did nothing.some people in here have medical issues and need to keep clean. All we got from management max was.We don't know where the problem is. Poor excuses and owner not willing to help. Just recently they changed who we make cashiers check out to.our cashiers check was made out to vecno August 1st 2025 because thats what we were told by on site property management.we didn't find out til 20 days later that someone at vecno management altered our cashiers check.they tried to blame me and my wife.we have them on recording trying to accuse us and they are saying fraud is ok..no it is not ok.they cashed the check even though they altered it.vecno management doesn't have a physical address.they only have a mailbo

This park is so unorganized being owned by a man who lives in another state. It's dirty and appears there are a lot of homeless people hanging around raising the theft rate.

Lived here for years and loved it but something happened to the owner that made him horrible! They care nothing about the people that live here Everyone that could, moved out. Do NOT consider moving here! Only gave one star because that was the only way I could leave a rating.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The most unprofessional place I have EVER lived. The maintenance man, and the owner are clowns. They take your power box as a form of intimidation regardless if you pay your bills. Then when you try and move out, they change the locks with your belongings inside. With no paperwork showing even room or that you don’t live there. They have the maintenance man with no licensing or certification “fixing” things in homes. Do NOT move here. Trust me. Worst mistake my family ever made.

Just wow. This is desperateville... you can pay the same price for a decent mobile home elsewhere. Nobody looks out for nobody despite the small community. Even the building manager or maintenance didn't even see this ladys house get robbed and it is right in front. I would never ever recommend this place. A homeless shelter would be better than this dump. I found a much cleaner, friendlier and safer mobile park elsewhere. Smh Just wow.
