Royal Inn

Literally the most disgusting room I have ever stepped foot in. When complained the the front about the cleanliness the man at front told us to leave because we "messed up" the bed by taking off the sheets even though we had taken them off because every single sheet had some sort of stain. He Began to fight with me about how I was suppose to sleep on a different sheet even though I explained each sheet had a stain!!! He would not listen and kicked us out and gave us our refund. He also tried to make us make the bed when we showed him the stains. They also covered holes on the walls with paper from a notepad and every wall's paint was chipping very bad

The Royal Inn is conveniently located and well kept. I was surprised to find such a great rate on SF peninsula hotel. Paid less than $100 and got a room with 2 KING beds. The beds are comfortable. Room was clean and the manager was very friendly and hospitable. Located just minutes from SFO, this hotel was a good spot to stay giving us access to shopping and the city for our family trip. Kids had plenty of space and the fridge and microwave was useful. I recommend saving money and staying at this hotel vs these branded hotels, where you can't even get a fridge in the room or have to pay for parking--Royal Inn is a bargain and offers good clean rooms.

I pulled up and the first thing he tells me is there’s no smoking in the rooms and I said OK that’s fine I can just smoke in my car keep in mind I smoke weed I don’t smoke in public places anyway and then he said no no no there’s no smoking anywhere on property but as soon as you walk out, there’s people smoking on the property Pretty sure it was just because I was black. Anywhom , I was here bc my friend lost a baby and I just wanted to lay down for a second. But god forbid someone smells like smoke at an Indian establishment like the smell Of wet carpet and curry isn’t the main sent. Love a West Indian . Treat your people better

The husband and I stayed here for two nights while we were in town to visit downtown San Francisco. We had asked for a downstairs room with parking in front of the door so we could keep an eye on our motorcycle and trailer. Originally they had planned on us on the second floor but for a bit more money they were able to get us downstairs. There really aren't too many rooms in this facility. The room itself was ok, the AC worked but there were only blinds on the window. No curtains to block the sun. Location to food and to Fisherman's Wharf were convenient. My only concern is that it was right behind a busy gas station and people were up and down the alley all night.

Very dirty Sheets were not changed Blood soaked through all the sheets Also dirt in the bed Can't walk on the floor with out feet turning black Location was loud getting woken up by car alarms The location is better compared to the tenderloin
