Comfort Inn & Suites

We arrival about 1120am & they let us check in. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Free drinking water, coffee & tea throughout the day. Free breakfast is from 6 am to 9 am. 5 minutes walk across the rail track using the tunnel for food and drinks. The airport shuttle was reliable follow the timetable. Refer photo.

I was really shocked at how run down this hotel was in the elevators and the doors and just the overall look but I was happy when I got in the room because the bed was so comfortable and the bath had hot water it had granite but trying to get a better room I left it and went and got a holiday in and I was shocked that I guess every hotel in this city is really trashy unless you get a five-star I really don't know what to say this city is so pathetic now I will never ever ever come here again. It's basically just a big homeless camp and if you're homeless I'm sure it's great but if you're working person that wants to take a hot bath in your room and just have a normal life you're not going to get that

We booked our stay through Super.com. Before arrival it was impossible to contact the hotel to share our estimated arrival time. We tried reaching them by email but did not receive any response. According to reception, the airport shuttle runs every 45 minutes. In our case that was not accurate. We landed domestically at 21:45 and were picked up at 23:15, so we waited about an hour and a half. The shuttle does work, but be prepared for a possible wait. The room was quite cold when we arrived. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:00. The options include omelette or a basic English breakfast, muffins, apples, yogurt, and coffee. Positive: Close proximity to where I needed to be. Negative: The property has definitely seen better days but is still maintained somewhat. It is located *slighly* away from things by walk, but by car you will have no problem. Its next to a rail road track so if you're a light sleeper, choose wisely.

Rooms are clean and fairly renovated. Reception is responsive. Breakfast is very good, the lady who keeps replenishing and cleaning is impressive. Hotel location is excellent, lots of restaurants around. Only problem for us: people dragging their luggage in the corridor at night or very early in the morning. The hotel gives excellent value, I would go back any time.
