Another overstay for kimmy and I. Kimmy really enjoyed hotel as doggie friendly. What really got her attention is area to walk around. Office complex next door wide open and quiet walkways. In addition behind hotel paved path with night lighting. We walk a ways on path through city with benches and trees 🌳 lining path. Highly recommend.

It is a great stay. Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. My son loves the hot chocolate with toppings in the lobby during holidays. Room was clean. Location is between SF and SFO, it is perfect for us.|Just a reminder to everyone, parking has a fee, and breakfast is not free.

I would not consider this a 3-star hotel based on the condition of the room. The room itself was clearly in disrepair. There were multiple visible carpet tears (at least five) throughout the room, which I documented with photos. Upon check-in, given the hotel’s stated satisfaction guarantee and our Gold status, we inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, but none were available. While this did not directly affect cleanliness, details matter. Noticing rust on fixtures such as the towel rack—even in less conspicuous areas—gave the impression that routine upkeep and maintenance are being overlooked. The bed was another major issue. It felt heavily worn, with little remaining support, as though the springs or firmness had broken down over time. This resulted in significant back discomfo

Plenty of car park. Great services crew and always greet and smile. Very Cozy place to stay. Staying here and travel to city easily. Plenty of breakfast around as well

Front desk staff very nice. Comfy beds; couldn't hear any airport noise (big plus for that area); just a noisy neighbor upstairs one night. The maintenance requests were handled within 5 minutes! (Needed to replace microwave, & asked for a 2nd luggage rack). Overall, very pleased, compared to nearby hotels.
