The man at the counter told me that I had to pay an extra ten dollars for using a card, then told me I had to pay $10 for a room deposit key. He then told me And insisted that I pay $10 per day for my service.Animal which is illegal. This was a last resort for business last night. I felt like I was being videotaped with all the mirrors that were everywhere. I didnt even trust touching the walls. The bed was disgusting, and it looked like something that should have been rented for a prostitute. This isn't even suitable for my worst enemy, it was like a large cat toy with hownthe carpeting was everywhere. I couldn't even relax enough to sleep. There was a horrible orange cleaner smell, that was so strong it burned my eyes. Lesson learned, if this is the only place open, sleep in your car. With how the front counter is, the guy opened it just enough to stick your hand through, like a drug deal or something. And he wouldn't let us have our key until he was done with his speech. Such a creepy place.

Ive been here for about 2 weeks now..This place is not as bad as people make it out to be. The guy that works the lobby is good man who will help younin any way he can. Its very quit. Nobody bothers you. The room was clean..Its safe here. Don't care what people say maybe it USED to be bad but now it's laid back. I've been to all the lower priced motels in South Bend and this is the best you can get for the money guys.

First experience was tough I've been there for close to five months now and things are shaping up. Location not bad matter a fact good providing you have wheels. Dollar general across the street, speedway few doors down for family fun. 1 mile from anything you need towards town.

First of all, we asked for a 2 queen non smoke room. But they messed up and gave us a 1queen smoke room. So already off to a bad start. The next room we got was also terrible. The bathroom door didn’t even close cause it was made so bad. The sheets had stains on them and the TV didn’t even work. Also there was ripped curtains on the window.
