Royal Inn Motel Chambersburg

I enjoyed the accommodation. I was in room 103, which featured a living area and a bedroom. My child and I stayed there for seven nights. The room was in the corner and was quiet. I had a truck and, happily, there was plenty of space outside, so they let me park on the grass.

The owner here is super friendly and down-to-earth, Rooms were clean and comfy, and the whole vibe felt like home. I saw them helping old guests order food and even giving a free drink to a homeless lady — pure humanity.. When I was late to pay, they smiled and said, “It’s okay, everyone has their problems,” and even gave me a big discount. Not just good service — these are good people. Truly grateful I stayed here and met such kind hearts. Highly recommend! 💯

I stayed here for a week for buisness purpose ,it was a cheap and okay. Tv worked fine. Wifi was bit slow at times but staff got it fixed. The floor and the bathroom was clean. Room smelled good and best thing it was quiet and peaceful.

Stayed a week at Royal inn motel, super affordable and clean! they had microwave, and fridge in the room. Small, medium, and large rooms available; medium was perfect. Helpful front desk provided extra towels quickly. Plenty of parking space for my trailer. Great value, highly recommend!

Royal inn used to be very bad with a lot of druggies in the past. Now I see the difference they have new owners and the junkies have been moved out. The new owners are so nice and the rooms are so clean. It is very quiet now with no more weekly cop raids. I definitely recommend staying here now above anywhere else if you are on a budget and looking for a long term place to live if you are having a hard time finding a permanent home.
