2025‼️HORRIBLE experience guest that lived next door to me played loud music the entire time I stayed here. Sold drugs from his room while people came up and down the stairs repeatedly. Will not be booking anytime soon with this particular motel.

There was a rat in my room and when I called the front desk he told me to "let it out!" And brought me a sticky trap to put behind the bed

This place is absolutely horrible. They have fleas, tics, and bedbugs. I been here before a few years ago so since my house was being renovated, I paid for a week here. He usually does not do that but he did because of our history. When we got in the room we were attached immediately by insects. When I told the owner he refused to give my money back. Since I paid for a week, we cleaned and exterminated the best we could. One night we got bit so bad we got up at 2am and started cleaning. The owner came upstairs and said clean only in the morning. We were making to much noise moving bed out the way to clean under it. When we cleaned under the refrigerator we found a whole crack pipe. The items of clothing and belongings we had were ruined and had to be thrown away. I just left there and call

I was running late getting home on the bus and ibmissed the final ride home just after midnight, I was too far to walk and my phone died sometime during a ten hour shift, and there I was, at the East Houston Witching Hour when instinct took overand I mozied along as fast as I dared to the Royal Inn for safety and refuge... and that is exactly what I got! The desk man even dropped the price almost $10 due to the hour with an understanding look on his face. It was a very kind gesture. It wasn't the Ritz, but for the kindness and the safety, I rank it right up there with the Waldorf Astoria. Thank you Mr. Desk Guy! I wish I had asked your name.

Visited during the freezing weather in Houston when it snowed. After, I purchased my room, I was told that it had no heat!!!, was given ah very "little" heater that didn't even work. I remember that cold night. Had to shower with spare clothing because no way those white, black, brown, dingy, & disgusting towels was even going to get close to me. On the plus side I was able to wash my clothes & the had my favorite: Tide Pods
