Royal Dunes Resort

We stayed here as a group of six adults and one baby, and I was genuinely impressed. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and incredibly convenient. It’s close to golf courses, the beach, and all the facilities you might need. Parking was easy and never a problem. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay really enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place and would happily come back. Great experience!

I am scheduled to arrive Nov 30th for a week. 2 weeks prior I received an email from Royal Dunes informing me the pool and hot tub would not be available due to construction. I immediately called the resort to get some information and request a partial refund on my yearly fee. Tyler informed me no refund would be paid to any owner using the facility during this time. I asked why the resort doesn’t do construction during the summer ( prime time for platinum members) he refused to answer me and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I ended the call and immediately sent an email to the reservation desk and also sent a text to Debbie at the sales department. As of this date no one has answered my email or phone calls. My question is “why is a gold owner being treated differently

This is the fourth time that I have stayed with friends at the Royal Dunes Resort. The condo has three bedrooms, full kitchen, nice living room area with six chair seating table. It has outside balcony with table and four chairs. Each master bedroom has king size beds and the one guest bedroom has twin beds. The resort has two pools. The main pool has a childs pool and hot tub, the other pool is smaller, but more private. Families with kids will find a nice play area on the grounds. Greatest thing is it's location! It is a short walk to the beach with bath house and life guards on the beach. It's just a great place to stay!

The staff is very friendly. The location is in a great location, not far from the beach. And the property has great amenities with a heated pool, hot tub workout gym, easy access to bikes.

Spacious 3 bedrooms with 2 master suites with king sized beds and their own bathrooms with 3rd bedroom has the main bathroom across the hall. Great spot tons of places to golf.
