Rotary House Hotel

I LOVE this hotel! They are absolutely fantastic in every way. Every employee is so kind, courteous, encouraging and accommodating. They really understand that those staying here are experiencing some of the most difficult times of their lives and they seek to make that better. They also offer very early check in for around $30 and late checkout. It’s connected to MD Anderson, which makes it the perfect place to stay go back to in between appointments.

The rooms were excellent. Spacious, clean. We felt safe at all times. All the staff was helpful and attentive. Answering all our questions and provided much information. The hotel was very kind in extending our stay twice, due my husband extended hospital stay. All our needs were right there within the hotel. We recommend the Hotel to everyone we know. Thank you so much for all you do each day. The seen and the unseen.

I honestly do not know how this place doesn’t have a 5 star rating. They are amazing and go above and beyond to make the experience the best it can be. The beds are comfortable, the staff are amazing, the restaurant is top notch and then it’s steps away to your MD Anderson appointments. It’s the best and I never want to have to stay anywhere else.

Rotary House Hotel made an otherwise difficult situation easier. The sky bridge to the Mays Clinic was super convenient. It truly was one less thing to worry about. The hotel has plenty of amenities, is easy to navigate, and the free shuttle to nearby restaurants and other options is a nice bonus. Practical, comfortable, and exactly what was needed. Price is a bit higher than other nearby options but still a great value in our opinion. Without a doubt, we'd stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about the Rotary House. The location is unbeatable—being directly connected to MD Anderson by the skywalk makes appointments so much easier and less stressful. The hotel itself is designed with patients and families in mind, offering welcoming gathering areas, peaceful green spaces, and every convenience you could ask for. The staff is truly outstanding—extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating. They made us feel cared for from check-in to check-out, and were so flexible with timing and special requests. It was a huge relief to be able to store luggage, do laundry on-site, and even grab Starbucks right nearby.
