Rosenberg Motel

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever seen. It must be operating illegally as it appeared to be contravening numerous safety and heath codes. The room we were allocated was disgusting - dirty and stained linen, no power, broken appliances, holes in the wall and old excrement in the toilet! Once we had paid and seen the room, we went back to the reception told them that we could not stay there. The very aggressive owner refused to refund our money and told us that we must take up the issue with Bookings.com. However they told us that there was nothing they could do as we hade paid the owner directly. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

This was absolutely the most AWFUL place we have ever stayed in. The room was run down, the curtains were moth eaten and pinned haphazardly. The ceiling looked like it could cave in at any time. The bathroom was dirty. Luckily I travel with clorox wipes and Lysol. I actually had to clean the bathroom sink and toilet myself. There was only 1 lightbulb in the bathroom, the other 2 sockets were empty. It smelled of mold and cigarette smoke. The room needed to be vacuumed and there was a dirty towel in the corner. The smoke detector had been removed and the wires were just hanging out from the wall. The walls were filthy. I would be embarrassed to present these rooms to unsuspecting guests. Do not stay here This place sucks and the people that run it are rude and no help. I booked a room they charge me for it when I showed up they told me I couldn’t stay because they were having water problems I told them I needed a refund they said they would. I had to pay for another hotel that Same day. They never refunded me the $300 and when I called they never answered.

I do not recommend staying here. The room felt unsafe and unsanitary. The door barely worked, there were visible cracks and possible water damage, and stains throughout the room including the bedding. I returned the keys immediately and did not stay. The property needs serious maintenance and proper cleaning.
