This little Inn is quite and amazing.... Kitchenettes - Laundry - Fireplaces - BBQ grill all available for your use... very cozy and sweet little place. Reasonable and located in the middle of uptown. Personable and affordable.

This was a spotlessly clean, quaint, homey place to stay in touristy Uptown Sedona. The room rate was excellent and although it did not include breakfast, a wonderful coffee shop (Theia's) was just across the street. Marlene was very welcoming, even leaving our key for us when we missed connecting on the day of arrival. Walking distance to all that Uptown has to offer--just park your car and take off. Pretty little garden, kitchenette in the room with real plates, mugs and silverware plus microwave, fridge and small coffeemaker. Totally recommended, but it's going to be sold very soon and the vibe might be different when you go.

The Rose Tree Inn has an attractive garden and bird life and is perched within walking distance of any place you'd want to go. Owner Gary welcomed us, gave us the lay of the land and saved us $$ via coupons on local attractions. House keeper Marlene was great too. Inside the room could use slight updating but considering it's size, the kitchen facilities etc made it a great value. Clean which is key.

The owner Gary is a character, friendly, and can answer any questions you might have about local attractions and restaurants. It really was like staying at the family cottage, complete with critters in the walls at night, but If you can get past that, the bed was comfortable and there was a full kitchen with dishes and utensils. It is wonderfully quiet despite being only half a block from the main street in Sedona.

This is a great place to stay in Sedona, a couple of blocks off of the main street of Sedona. The manager is a terrific fellow that is so helpful for everything you want to do in Sedona. All the rooms have a full kitchen as well. A lovely courtyard, the plants are breathtaking. It is so nice to stay in a place like this instead of a regular hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and if I am in Sedona again I will book here.
