ROOST Midtown

There was a few hiccups while staying here. But management was amazing and helped me and my husband through all of the hiccups. I am extremely grateful to the manager Seamus for his quick response and help with everything. He’s been very caring and helpful. I genuinely liked the room. It was so pretty and comfy and perfect for me and my husband. I will definitely be returning again soon! Definitely recommend!

A friend and I visited The Roost Midtown for a quick NYE trip. The staff was great and helped us with everything we needed. It's so nice to stay in a place with a living room and kitchen. I'll never stay in a traditional hotel again!

We had a great stay at the Roost Midtown over the marathon weekend. The two bedroom suite provides all the convenience of an Airbnb without any of the hassles of an Airbnb. The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equiped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The staff was professional and very welcoming, especially Amina. We travel to Philadelphia fairly often and this stay has been our best experience yet.

I absolutely loved this “hotel” and wish I had been staying for more than one night! Paul was so warm and welcoming when I arrived late. He did a fabulous job of describing the property and explaining the amenities. I was upgraded to a one bed suite. The suite was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It had a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer. I would be happy to live here. The bed was so comfortable and best of all the AC was efficient and quiet! Some lovely touches such as the filtered sparkling water dispenser on the floor and the rooftop deck area. I hope to be back soon!

My room was a very large suite. Also came with a full kitchen plus washer/drier. TVs in both rooms. Filtered water given to guest. Check in and out was very easy. Location very good, 1 1/2 blocks from city hall metro stop .|The drier leaves much to be desired. Hot water took a very long time. No grab bars in the shower. No slippers, shower cap, or ear tips provided.
