Roosevelt Inn Motel

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The room was not clean when we arrived — there was visible dirt, and it did not feel properly maintained. Several things in the room were broken or not working correctly, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the customer service at the front desk was very unprofessional. The staff were rude, dismissive, and gave us attitude when we asked basic questions. Instead of trying to help, they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. What was most frustrating was the pricing. We were quoted a much higher rate than what we were told is normally charged. We were asked to pay $60 for only two hours, when the usual nightly rate is around $40. That felt unreasonable and unfair. Overall, this was not a good experience. I would

Roaches, dead insects, bloody sheets and towels, bad odor. This is to say the least. If you're a tourist please stay away!!! The manager is very rude and accused us of dirtying the room ourselves. Prostitutes in and out of rooms. Please don't stay here!!!

Was there 2 mins and there was roaches everywhere, didnt even look cleaned. Lady was extremely rude and didn't want to refund, had to call police to get my other $5. She got scared and gave it back.

It's a liveavle place the owners are great ppl beds are very comfortable

Why is it the fact that the manager told me extra $10 to check into my room early the fact read booked it I know where to go I'm not from San Antonio he wanted me to leave for an hour and then come back
