Rodeway Inn West Memphis

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share my concerns regarding the condition of the room and the service I received. The overall appearance of the property was rundown and clearly in need of repairs. While the room was relatively clean, the toilet had noticeable hard water stains, and the bathtub showed what appeared to be cigarette burns. Additionally, the interior doors were dirty and one had visible damage, including what looked like a fist-sized punch. I requested room cleaning multiple times during my stay. Despite repeated attempts to alert the front desk, the room was never properly cleaned. The only response I received was a clean set of towels and toilet paper left on the bed. I was really skeptical about going here cause these reviews but I enjoyed my stay me and my wife bed comfortable rooms were clean tv worked I travel a lot my 2025 car has 30000 miles water was good no complaints if you want a nice spot I had no issues there and except the dumbass who parked next to me and rammed his car door into mine cause he can't park but overall great night and sleep P.s wifi ain't great but I won't use others WiFi

Manager was asked to clean my room after I vacated the property to go shopping. Upon returning, room not serviced. I ask again, please clean room. After I returning, staff had placed towels and bathroom tissue on bed. Garbage can still full and bed not made. Noise from highway is rather loud. Not worth price paid.

The tub had bad drainage issues I stood if water for a shower grody. When I was leaving a large Cockroach was on the wall about to catch a ride in my laundry basket. Like it was on a mission ready to deploy There weekly rate wasn't fair either.

Positive: The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable Negative: The electrics in the room did not look safe - the hairdryer didn't work and the socket was loose in the wall. We were woken at 3.15am by someone banging loudly on our door which made us feel very unsafe. We didn't answer it as we felt vulnerable.
