Positive: Check in staff was very patient Negative: Did not have two beds as I requested. Had to sleep with my adult son in a king. A huge black dog lunged barked at us in the lobby. Owner said he was muzzled??? First room had no hot water. Second room had no refrigerator. TV did not work.

"Suite" included no stove, not even a microwave oven, or a refridgerator. The first floor on which it was located was obviously undergoing very involved rennovations AND SHOULD NOT HAVE OPEN FOR BUSINESS to begin width. Clean, comfortable and affordable! Front desk clerks are very friendly and happy to accommodate. I would definitely stay again! Thank you, Rodeway!

It is currently being remodeled so no ice machine but we got one of the finished rooms. It was very nice and clean. No fridge or microwave in room. Front staff were very friendly and always available. I think once their completed this will be a very nice hotel. Not very close to many restaurants. But target was only a 5mindrive away so we could get ice and drinks. The hotel did provide coffee in the lobby.

Motel should not be open. Active, open construction site. Other guest are drug addicts/homeless. Night Auditor's friend revving engine from 1:30am till 4:30am. Checked out at 4:50am after group of suspicious people making a bon fire in the parking lot next to my car. I didn't expect much from the low rate but there should be some obvious notification of construction. You shouldn't have to walk through drywall and construction debris to get to your room with a handwritten number on the door.
