Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester Webster by IHG

I had overall good experience staying in Holiday Inn Webster. Food was good. Staff was co-operative. Rooms were well maintained.

Very nice clean hotel. Friendly staff and clean amenities that aren’t at every hotel anymore more! Safe neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and close to nightlife.

We decided on a last minute staycation last week and decided to book here. Had a great time! The pool was heated and perfect for my kiddos. The breakfast spread was awesome! I always love watching the little mini pancake maker. A huge shoutout to the employee shoveling like a champ in the -20+ degree weather! You were amazing!

Holiday Inn Express is quickly becoming our go-to stay. We had a terrific experience at this hotel within 20 minutes of downtown Rochester. The hotel is renovated with the room and the basic amenities kept in decent condition. Our room was quiet with comfortable beds and included a kitchenette that was convenient for our multi-day stay. Complementary breakfast till 9:30 on weekdays provided a nice standard variety including warm cinnamon rolls, bacon/sausage & egg, yogurts & fruits. Freshly ground medium roast & decaf coffee were a nice touch from the machine. There are no restaurants in the hotel but options were nearby within short driving distance. The indoor pool included a hot whirlpool. The fitness room overlooking this had a full rack of weights for light workout. Both were minim

I travel for work and always stay at Holiday Inns and have never been disappointed! Once again, they have made me feel like they appreciate my business! I recently needed to book two adjoining rooms at the Webster location and the gentleman I spoke with made it happen. Joel was an absolute ROCKSTAR!!
