Fairfield Inn and Suites Rochester East

Staff at night are very rude to kids and other adults, although the rooms are pretty nice the pool area is not it. The same time every year the hot tub is closed after every three minutes. I do not recommend this hotel for your family or friends while going.

We stayed here during our wedding weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful! The hotel handled our room block seamlessly, and the sales manager I worked with was incredibly helpful and accommodating — even when we needed to make a few changes after our initial booking. Once we arrived, the entire staff was so friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their stay. It was the perfect place for everyone to gather, catch up, and celebrate together throughout the weekend. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a group stay or special event!

Rooms are very small. Shower door opens into the room creating a flooded bathroom that is slippery. Dresser drawers are small and close to the floor. Fine for one person staying one night. Not roomey enough for a person using a walker or wheel chair. No shelving or cupboards in bathroom. Very difficult to function in. Pool was very nice. Handicap parking too far from entry door.

I enjoy little staycations with places with a pool, and huge plus if there’s a hot tub. We stayed there the other night. Prior to making the reservation I called to confirm the hot tub was WORKING(as prior place stayed it wasn’t) we check in right at 4, hurry to go change to hit the pool/hot tub. As soon as we walk in, it’s freezing, no heat on in the pool area when it’s 30some degrees outside. I step into the hot tub, it’s freezing, turn on the jets it pumping freezing water. The pool itself was warmer than the hot tub. So we make it known the the front desk. She did her best to try and fix the situation, saying maintence had just left and she was working on it.
