Hampton Inn Rochester-Webster

Stayed at Hampton inn Webster for about a week. Great location close to all kinds of food and stores. Breakfast has been great every morning and the staff also puts together brown bag snack bags for you to take with you. Which is a great touch! The staff at this location has been totally awesome! General Manager Eduardo and Amber the supervisor are very friendly and go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of. I look forward to visiting this location again in the future. Thank you all for making my visit memorable!

The hotel was clean Karma staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was nice. It was served between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m. They had waffles, some type of egg everyday, fried potatoes, difference meat everyday, oatmeal, cold cereal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, English muffins, toast, and bagels. The hotel was extremely quiet. The only thing that I, personally, didn't like was the beds were hard, but maybe to others they may like a firmer mattress. Definitely would stay there again if I was in the area. My 2 shih tzus were loved by the staff!

This hotel is conveniently located off the 104 in Webster. The rooms are clean, but a little outdated. It did not bother us, but may not be to some people’s liking. The breakfast was good and had the normal offerings: eggs, cereal, toast, small pastries. The staff were really friendly and efficient. We would stay here again.

They never informed me that the pool / whirlpool area was closed. I put on my bathing suit and walked down to it, only to find a sign that said closed. The circuit breaker kept going off for the fridge and microwave, there was only two outlets so forget about the coffee maker. I will never pay to stay there again. The only positive was their breakfast.
