Rodeway Inn & Suites Spokane East

The hotels need a lot of work done on them and seem like they haven’t been worked on in years and the kitchenette all the outlets down work in the kitchen and the oven doesn’t work or the dishwasher and the ac/ heater makes a loud noise when it’s on and I’ve been to other rooms and they always haw something that doesn’t work and not up to date but the workers are vary nice especially the girl and most of the time if u have a problem they will try to help u and there maintenance worker James is a great guy when u need help and when I first got here I payed for a night and then I didn’t realize that my paycheck didn’t come in yet and I didn’t have any money at all until it did and I would’ve had to sleep outside and I had no car but they let me stay till it did come in and I got it almost a

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Front desk told us smoking rooms were directly beneath non-smoking room. This is so dumb. Need to have smoking and non Smoking in different buildings. Choice app stated breakfast included, it was not. Amenities stated pool and hot tub available. Pool was drained and old torn up furniture and junk was in the pool hot tub area. It looked as though they were homeless people staying in the area. My wife and my children felt very unsafe Choice should remove this hotel!!!!

Positive: Close to restaurants. Negative: Bugs in the bed. Woke up with them all over me. Killed 4 of them. Mattress was stained all over. Staff was worst customer service people I have ever met even the manager. Have pics of everything bad. Not a single apology. Will never stay at a Rodeway.

Only thing I’ve about this hotel was the desk clerk in the morning. Left three messages for the manager to call and they never did. Got to the hotel and only Lights on were in the back of the building. The front door and check in area were dark. The hotel is under construction and when we stayed 8/25 it advertised hot breakfast, pool, hot tub and many other things. Since then it’s been changed and they haven done breakfast for 3 years and the pool and hot tub have been under construction for ages. Yet it’s still listed. Showers are falling apart, plastic everywhere, carpets look terrible and just a gross feeling there. Their website 100% misleads you that it’s nice until you get there. Will never go again. I would add photos but Google isn’t letting me.

Dirty, stinky, dangerous. Not as advertised. DO NOT TAKE FAMILY HERE. seriously not safe. Vagrants and druggies hanging out everywhere. Rooms were dirty and smell gave us all headaches. Only reason we stayed was because I had Choice reward points that were expiring that I needed to use. Would have been better off paying for and staying in Hilton/Hampton. Looked like homeless people were Living in pool hot tub area. Front desk told us our room stunk like smoke because smoking rooms were located directly beneath non-smoking rooms. Are you serious?
