Rodeway Inn & Suites South of Fiesta Park

There was an old tv and small on a dresser. No cable, no phone in the room, the kitchen looked like a kitchen in a horror movie. The tub had peeled paint and dirty. The shower curtain had stains on it. The lighting was so dim it was hard to see. WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!! I don’t know how this hotel is on the Choice Program?! And how they stay in business. Never again.

Positive: Nothing about this hotel to comment because we didn’t stay due to this place was a dump from the outside you could imagine what the inside looks like Negative: Abandoned vehicle in front on officer. Looks like it’s been there for months. Do yourself a favor and get it towed with the $78 you took from my account. I didn’t even stay the night there and still took it. Just like stealing from someone.

After my difficult interaction this morning with the front desk clerk, I learned hours later that she forgot to give me back my ID. So I had to walk 2 miles back to the hotel to retrieve it. When I got there I learned from the very nice employee at the front desk that the woman I have talked to this morning was the wife of the owner. She lied to me. She told me she was just the front desk person & she would tell the manager to call me at night. She is one of the owners. My main complaint with this hotel is that they are advertising something they’re not able to offer, functioning rooms with working lights & tvs, & they are charging twice what they should be. On top of that they are clearly extremely unequipped to deal with dissatisfied customers. Instead of offering apologies & options, t

0 STARS. This place is filthy! Does not look like the pictures, there were stains on lamps that looked like blood stains and it's disgusting. There are roaches and stains everywhere. The couches are so disgusting and so are the bed sheets. The bath tub is also disgusting. I also think one of the rooms are haunted or something. I was alone for a little bit and I heard variety of movies and thuds from the small kitchen area. The air conditioning also changes on its own which is really weird. It's also really smelly in here and when you walk in it's hot and humid. The pool is green and nasty as well. I don't recommend going here at all!!! It's so unsanitary and has false pictures. Don't come here!

This hotel is scary dirty to sleep in. I checked in at almost midnight if not I would have left. The clerk was no help and unapologetic. They couldn’t even offer clean sheets for their pull out couch. The walls had who knows what on them. Run don’t walk away!!!
