Rodeway Inn & Suites Saginaw I-675

The reason we decided to reserve a room here was because of the sign that said new ownership and newly updated jacuzzi rooms. We always get a room with a jacuzzi due to our health problems.We waited in the lobby over 20 minutes for the front desk attendant to show up. We rang the bell on the counter many times. We called the phone number on the sign and called the number that was on our confirmation. No answer to any of these. Finally the manager showed up after he ate breakfast next door, while leaving the lobby unattended. We were told our room was not ready and we would have to wait an hour. We left for awhile. When we got.into our room, there were no bathroom towels, hand towels or washcloths. Now this was on Jan 6, I found many Christmas Candy wrappers on the floor. We had a jacuzzie

I have stayed in many places. But whenever I go to Saginaw, I always stay here. I know it is not perfect. But it is really beyond the capacity. The stuff do their best to satisfy the guests. Whenever you go to this hotel, if you are not happy with anything, do not keep inside yourself and try to make a bad review about the place, just ask help from front desk. I m sure if there is anything they can do, they will do for you. This is what I usually do. They always make my staying more than what I expect.

Our room was delightful and an extraordinary value (king bed w/jacuzzi.) Clean, comfortable. Restaurant right next door (IHOP.) The innkeeper was the most hospitable staff I've ever experienced. This was my first stay. ----> I'll always choose this hotel now when I'm in Saginaw.

Room was not very clean and only had one tiny wastebasket by the door, and hardly any towels. The bathtub looked filthy. I walked around to the back of the place and it was full of litter strewn about from the people who live there. Never again.

Good price and amazing staff!! I had a cheap Charcuterie date here getting another date so I or the room did it right. It's near a highway but quiet. Some stray cats but I love cats and it is what it is has a pool but it's closed when I went 9/10 coffee in room suck. sorry to my friend at the desk, thank you for bringing my ID to me I lose my head if it wasn't attached.
