Ramada by Wyndham Saginaw Hotel & Suites

Positively the MOST DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. The floors have hair!!! on them. Every surface is covered with dirt and dust. The first room had NO HOT WATER plus tv was nonfunctional and front desk guy was clueless. The front desk blamed lack of hot water on small pipes!|He offered to change our room from the first floor to the second where surprisingly, we do have hot water. The filters in the A/C unit were caked with filth. All lamp shades covered with dust.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. The room was beautiful, featuring a relaxing jacuzzi tub and an extremely comfortable bed. The front desk staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

My room was great and all the size was amazing. But I did have some problems with the toilet that they fixed quickly but the second door that was right beside my bed did not actually lock. We had to put the door latch on it to prevent it from being accidentally opened. It also had a significant breeze from underneath the door with it being right beside the exterior door. So we had to tuck towels and pillows at the base of the door to keep the room warm.

Rooms were big and clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very good and economical experience.

Spent one night here so far I love the customer service here! The room is got was 140 it has amazing tub! I love the beds too very good support. I am going to stay another 2 nights if possible I should of booked here sooner
