Red Roof Inn Saginaw - Frankenmuth

Today is 12/21/25 I came in here at about one o'clock in the morning after driving through seven hours of snow from wisconsin through the upper peninsula of michigan. I got here and I already had my reservation booked through priceline and priceline.Screwed everything up. I don't know who the guy was working here tonight, but he gave the greatest service, and he took good care of me and he was very understanding.And I got some of the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Thank you so much

My experience with this facility was overall, very good. Because of Patsy and the entire front office staff, made my stay much more comfortable and reliable. Everyone was pleasant, attentive, and compassionate. There were some minor issues and items that were missing or needed to be replaced in my room. However, it did not hinder my stay at the Red Roof.

The front desk attendant was very nice. To be clear, these pictures are from the room we were moved to after bringing up the concerns with the first. *This room WAS the motel's attempt to rectify the situation.* Outdoor grounds are mowed, but would be much better if there were trash cans or even cigarette cans. If more care was taken, this place would be much better. Maintenence, proper housekeeping, and house laundry, would work wonders.
