Rodeway Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport

Positive: Located near a bus stop. Fridge w/ freezer + microwave. (I bought groceries over 7 days) Super quiet heater. Spacious bathroom.Fire alarm worked great. Water pipes burst, no evacuation needed. Negative: Blackout curtains without a separate light layer. No housekeeping- saw them, thought my room would be dealt with. Only on my check-out day did Iget a knock, asking if I wanted clean towels. (great to respect privacy, but I still expect to do the job)

They are keeping my 100 dollar deposit because I had 2 friends over which this is a hotel i should be able to have friends over we were not loud what so ever. Also they were rude to my grandma saying that she couldn't stay here when all she was doing was dropping off groceries. Rooms are terrible, not clean with issues. The picture of them having a pool is misleading, they don't have a pool. Breakfast is also not included. They don't provide shampoo or conditioner. No hairdryer. The internet doesn't seem to work either. They are extremely rude. Stayed here about 8 years ago for a long term stay it was great then I had no issues but this time was a extremely terrible experience and I don't recommend anyone to stay here and it should get shut down.

If you are disabled and cannot walk far, I do not recommend that you stay here.. the sliding door at the front is broken. You have to go through the side door.. there's one trash can in the room and you're expected to take the trash out to the dumpster... If you're like me and you're disabled and can't do that, they gaslight you with. I understand but.. also, the maid never asked me if I needed anything while I stayed there for several days... There's no breakfast even though it's advertised that they have it... There are other hotels with better set ups & customer service.. and at least 2 trash cans in the room.

Everyone that worked there were really nice and friendly. Whenever I had a question they were able to answer it or would find out the answer for me. Great to have known the employees working for Rodeway Inn. The price was reasonable and was close to Lukes Hospital where we were easily able to visit our daughter while at the same time we were just minutes away from the Hospital where we could rest after a long stay visiting.

My recent stay was unacceptable. The heater in our room never worked despite freezing weather, leaving us cold for3 to4 hours before staff arriving in a wintercoat checked it, first claiming it worked, then admitting it didn’t. We had to repack and move rooms, but the new room had no phone, no staff at the desk, a blow dryer ripped off the wall with exposed metal, and poor cleanliness. I have photos of these issues and am formally requesting a full refund for this horrible experience and inconvenience.
