Rodeway Inn SFO

I loved my stay here! I stayed for one night during Valentine’s Day and it was amazing. I got there before my friend ( who booked it ) got there. They let me in and get rest while she arrived. There was also an issue with our key card and they fixed it quickly. After check out we realized we left a big heart balloon. I called and asked if they had it by chance and he wrote my number down and gave me a call back in less than 15 minutes. They said they had it in the storage! They are super nice and accommodating!

Positive: Clean and quiet. Good place to get some rest in San Francisco without breaking the budget. Negative: Shower water temperature could be a little warmer and the bed was a little saggy, but not too bad for the low price.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! this hotel is extremely dirty, as well as the people that own and work there. they have no respect for their guests. I rented a room here in March. any room, I rent at a place I always flip the mattresses to check for bedbugs and cleanliness when I took the mattress off of the box frame. It was extremely clear the sheet covering it had not been changed in a while. There was so much different color hairs crumbs and dust. when a hotel staff had walked past, and seen i had flipped the mattress and was looking at the sheet. She became extremely mad and went to go Tell the owner I had requested for the sheet to be changed and was accused of placing all the hairs,crumbs and dust there. they kept my money did not return a dime. The main street in front of the hotel was noisy. The room we had was missing the toilet roll holder. The mini fridge was loud. When we woke up in the morning there was a pool of water around the toilet. When we went to check out at 10:00 am, I wanted to report the possible toilet leak but the office door was locked and no one was there. So we left.

For the amount they charge, Rodeway is the best hotel on the street. It is a tidy, secure, and cozy place to stay. The personnel are really kind and courteous. The woman that checked me in was really kind and accommodating. She treated me really well. Without a doubt, I would heartily suggest Rodeway.
