My latest stays, at least two weeks worth, was an abysmal. Each stay grew worse and become an inconvenience. Times where I wanted to extend my stays prior to work, no one is ever at the desk. The same thing occurred when returning. If help is needed, the front desk staff are often never available and are in their rooms. Times where I have returned to my room after being away at work since 6:00am, getting in around 4:15pm (same day), my room was either had not been cleaned or in the process. The housekeeping staff walks into rooms unannounced or would knock and with a second enter my room. I had to report to my second job often late due to room not being cleaned. Other instances, when I just wanted to exchanged the towels (dirty for fresh), usually closer to check out times for cle

If you try to find a word for describing the lack of seriousness, you can't find it. Shown on their website as Pet friendly.. but cats are not considered for them as "pet" So if you book and pay thinking that you will stay there with your feline friend... after driving so many hours.....then. your day becomes a nightmare

Positive: When we initially got to our room the fridge was out. The guy at the desk immediately got us into another room with a working fridge and even helped us carry our luggage up.The front desk clerk was very friendly and showed me the best place to park! Negative: Location with only one exit was difficult at times to get into. There was no elevator to help with carrying luggage up to the second floor.

My friend booked this place for us. After reading the reviews, I was nervous about it. But the two nights we spent here was nice. All staff members were polite to us. Our room was clean and our beds were made. No signs of bedbugs. There was wear and tear in our room like small patched over holes in the wall and chipped furniture but nothing major. At night it was humid, but we put the ac on which made it comfortable. The free breakfast included pancakes from a pancake machine and store bought muffins and bread, and juice from a juice machine. Not my ideal breakfast, but my friend enjoyed it. I felt safe here even at night. This place has a convenient location, we were out and about most of the day. Only problem we had was the shower head was leaking and spraying at the top like it wasn't screwed on tight enough. We were in room 203. Also floors were a little dirty, but you only notice it when your feet show the dirt.
