Rodeway Inn Lincoln I-93

To verify: The address of the place we stayed is 417 US Route 3 Lincoln NH 03251. Last name here isn't what we rented under for the record (clearly from the other bad reviews it shows you check for names on reservations to match). We rented 2 rooms not long ago. The location was fine, we knew what to expect there. However, the owners are unreachable except for a short time. 1 room had a non working toilet and both rooms has absolutely no temperature control and no working bathroom outlet. The also squeeze all guests in to small areas rather than spacing out so you're crammed into a small block eventhough the rest was mostly empty, so forget any peace and quiet. The only way to reach anyone the majority of the time is through phone and the do not answer. Save yourself and go elsewhere. Edi

We got about 3 hours sleep our room was right next to wooden staircase with people walking up and down and banging their luggage all night and walking past our our room must have been a 1000 lb person because the floors were shaking. And banging into the metal bench out side out window. Woman in the office was super nice, room clean.

Good location. Easy route into the center of town. Service was wonderful. Housekeeping changed our towels and cleaned room daily. Shower was wonderful. Fridge and coffee maker in-room.

Positive: Drive up in front of room ,not all rooms but ones in second building are. Negative: OMG the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were very thin and not comfortable. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The aluminum door sticks and door lock was a pain to open, card swipe

Very Affordable choice. Bathroom was rennovated so it is clean. However the room is old. Pillow is too high and stiff. Also the mattress is too soft and higher in the middle which makes it uncomfortable. Hope that they can update the bed.
