This hotel feels like it's falling down. A floor in the room was so soft that I put a table over the spot so that I wouldn't step on it again.I was afraid I'd fall through. That person one room originally in the heater didn't work.So they moved us to another room.Both rooms had really soft floors. I did not feel safe

The owners are kind and they will do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable. The two maids and Javier are amazing. The rooms are huge with a microwave & fridge and great wifi. You can even get work done on the big desk and the comfortable office chair. There is plenty of places to eat nearby with 3 gas stations and a liquor store in walking distance. You can catch the city bus in front of Shell gas station. Walmart is 3 miles away. The motel is a quiet atmosphere and you can walk all over this area in safety. The owners even make sure to go the extra mile to keep any packages safe that come in for their guest. So please give this place a chance and do not judge this motel by past reviews. Some of them are guest who just wanted a reason to complain and get free nights for no reason

Positive: The Price Negative: My experience here was absolutely horrible! My room was not clean my room did not have TV cable did not work my AC nor heat did not work I had to walk to downstairs to the front desk to get a floor heater for my room.

I stayed over and have had my medication stolen out of the room and when I reported it to management/owner she told me that it didn’t happen and she defended her worker saying that she didn’t steal my medication when I know that I left it in the room before I left the property, in good faith. This action has caused me great anxiety, distress , and pain. Further, I pay every day and I am not able to get room service in good faith.

The lady at the front desk on February 11th 2026 was as rude as rude can be. She tried to charge me $20 more than what she claimed was online, merely because I told her attitude was rude when I asked her for coffee cups (she let fall on the floor and handed them to me. I ended up calling the police on her and booked a different hotel. WARNING DON'T STAY THERE UNLESS IT'S THE LAST RESORT AND LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE In response to their reply; I have no reason to lie , nor be argumentative with anyone (I've worked in customer service for 40 years)and the response that I was not overcharged was all that you focused on. I never said I was overcharged. I said she attempted to overcharge and said if I don't like it I could go somewhere else.
