I took my sick dad to stay when our power went out on 1/25/26 the room was so nasty the paint on the ceiling was falling down and the bathroom tub was so nasty.the comforter has stains all over it you could not even sit on the bed. The door to the to the room has gaps in it and you could see outside from the gaps and of course cold air was coming in. We were in the room for about 1 hour The heat did not work. That’s the reason we checked into it to have heat. My dad has stage 4 lung and brain cancer he needed to be warm. We checked out. The place was booked and while I was checking out there were two other people trying to get a room. I have tried to speak to the manger. I have called 3 times and they would not let me speak to him. Positive: "" Negative: Non smoking room but the bedspread had several burn marks. Towels/wash cloths very dingy and stained. Refrigerator had mold on shelf.

Nashville had a big ice storm that no one was really prepared for, my apartment complex lost power from Saturday (1/24) through Thursday (1/29). We Checked in Tuesday (1/27), Check in was alright. They had to move the room they had us in for some reason but we were okay with that. We got a room with a hardwood floor instead of carpet because I have a partner who is in a wheelchair. The room was not ADA accessible though. We just needed it for heat and power to charge phones and other essential devices. The first night we asked for an extra blanket for one of the beds. The blanket they brought had a couple of (probably cigarette) burns in it. They only brought one blanket though. Rooms were not clean. It was a convenient location for what emergency we had. It was basically just a bed. The bathroom is barely wide enough to walk straight in. The toilet was crooked when we first got there. There's a large space with no furniture in it. There's a odd piece of furniture in the sink area. It was a smoking room, so it smelled like smoke. We are non-smokers, but it was the only room they had left that night.

Blankets has hose in them from people smoking. And when they change your sheets, they turn it around ..!When they clean your room, make sure you don’t need nothing valuable. They’ll go through your things.! make sure you don’t leave nothing plugged in cause room service will break it. And then they’ll act like they didn’t do nothing.
