Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dickson

Great hotel conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to get around. It’s in a quiet area and offers nice amenities like a pool and a gym. The breakfast is also very good and a great way to start the day.

Nice place with easy access of the interstate. Good selection of restaurants close by. Rooms have some outside noise which is expected being so close to the interstate. Room was very clean.

Positive: The location is great. Negative: There’s not enough room to explain how awful this place is. Dirty, beds had crate size holes in them, there was a huge soft spot/hole in the floor by the AC unit and we tripped every time we got in bed. Considered switching but terrible staff.

We flew in for a funeral and the room was not clean nor was it cleaned during our stay. Our toilet looked used but was perma stained. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and we didnt sleep well the entire stay. The staff was nice enough but the noise level above us kept us up all night. We are still awaiting manager response.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room during this stay. Upon arriving after 8 PM, I found hair in the shower and the shower itself was wet, which made it feel as though someone had just used it before we arrived. There was also debris on the floor on the right side of the bed, along with trash (rose petals and used wrappers) left behind. In addition, the room had noticeable dust everywhere, including sticky and dusty trim in the bathroom. I typically choose Fairfield because of the high standard of cleanliness, service, breakfast, and overall great experiences I’ve had in the past. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was excellent as expected, but unfortunately the room did not meet the usual Fairfield standard of cleanliness and care.
