Best Western Dickson

Staff/service friendly. Felt a little sketched out by the location but it is what it is. They have obviously revamped this motel and for the most part they’ve done a good job and the rooms look like the photos. Walls were clean which almost never happens so props on that for sure but they should probably replace the old carpeting to be up to par with the rest of the room. My main complaint was the dirty linens (heavily stained bed skirt and towels) followed by the obvious lack of thorough cleaning and large watermark in the bathroom.

This is a convenient to Interstate 40 Property. I think Best Western has let their standards down over the past few years. Ten years ago this hotel would not meet their standards. The room had a strong cleaning solution smell, there was a long hair in the sink, you could see daylight through the door jam, and the carpet was very, very dirty. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly. I mean this place is okay, they just need to put some money back into the rooms.

Absolutely where you want to stay. I am pick type person. Needed a room for 1 night because of work and found this hidden gem to be fabulous. Decorated, very clean and great breakfast. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend and stay again with no hesitation.

My wife and I stayed here for a week while our power was out during the Tennessee ice storm. The staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly, keeping the rooms turned over and the free breakfast hot and ready to go. I’m sure their job wasn’t easy with their hotel being so busy and ice covering everything, but they did an amazing job! Thank you, Best Western Dickson

Positive: Good breakfast and clean. Air worked well and it was quiet for sleeping. Good price. Negative: Room felt moist, even the floor. We slept fine, but the sheets were not comfortable. They're doing a good job for what they're working with. But I probably would spend a bit more for a different hotel next time.
