Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Dickson

The gentleman who checked us in - very late at night was very patient and helpful. Our first room had a- to me- weird smell (I have an annoyingly sensitive sense of smell)-- luckily there was another room available and he expedited the switch quickly and kindly. Our next room was fine. Bed comfortable - slept well. The towels are definitely on the small/thin side-- but they worked. Breakfast is nothing exciting but the area was clean; what they had was plentiful and fresh; and the people working were very pleasant. All in all a good stay.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. We usually stop while traveling with our dogs and there is ample green areas. Would highly recommend and will be back on our next trip.

Everything was great as far as the room and service. When I booked room it was $110, which I thought that was a little much, but being thanksgiving weekend I figured they'd be price gouging. When I received final bill it cost me $180. I think that is a little extreme for an econo lodge. Definitely will not be using them anymore.

The hotel was clean and the staff is friendly, but these are, by far, the hardest beds I’ve ever slept on. I didn’t sleep at all because I could never get comfortable. My daughter was with me and had the same experience. May as well be sleeping on a box spring and I’m absolutely not exaggerating. I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotels because my job requires travel, but seriously…hardest beds ever. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for any other reason, but if you want comfortable sleep, this ain’t it.
