Holiday Inn Express & Suites is always a familiar and reliable choice for me. Everything I need is here — simple, practical, and well equipped. The room setup makes traveling easy and comfortable. The bed and bedding were especially comfortable, allowing me to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a long day. Clean, organized, and consistent quality, which is exactly why I keep choosing this brand when I’m on the road. A dependable stay that never disappoints.

I recently stayed here with a group of high school students. The hotel needs to be cleaned. One of our student groups switched rooms with an adult because of mold. The room I stayed in had a dirty shower with a massive hairball in the drain making it difficult for the water to drain. There was mold in several places on the bathroom ceiling. The sofa bed was filthy and the room smelled like a dirty dog. The lamp shades have stains on them and the sheer shade for the window was ripped up. One of the other rooms in my group had ripped up carpet at the tile/carpet transition. There were exposed nails as well. I will not stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hmmmm, the staff at this Holiday Inn seemed fine.... but why was there no soap in the shower? No paper towels in the mens restroom. Very thin and worn towels in our bathroom. Limited staff the evening we checked in with a line waiting when I went to report the lack of soap and after a promise that I would have some soon I went back to our room and waited and waited. I finally went back and had a seat across from the front desk until i received the soap. The toilet in our room had a sticking flush lever and it would not drop after flushing unless manually operated. The chaise lounge was stained and hadn't been cleaned in some time as evidenced by the lint and dirt at the seams. The food at breakfast was fine and generally the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and generally attentive.

I was very disappointed and upset about this stay. I used my hard earned reward points to book two separate rooms for Valentines. My husband and I checked out very early Valentines morning, as we had to catch our train for the Valentines excursion. So we're enjoying our day and then I get a cc alert that the hotel is charging my card. I then contact the hotel and let them know that I checked out earlier that morning. The agent then tells me that the other room I booked was extended. How was that even possible without me being there, no ID requested, no CC presented, nor a signature? The agent fraudulently used my cc that was on file for incidentals ONLY. I was never contacted at by any hotel staff to approve this purchase. Great stay from start to finish !!! Young man at check in was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to eat, and provided me with bandaids that I needed. Entire property was very clean. My bed was EXTREMELY comfy ❤️❤️🤠. Breakfast was well above average and Jessica the lady managing the breakfast area was a complete jewel !!!! Seriously 😊.
