Rodeway Inn Cleveland TN I-75

The young girl at the front desk was kind and sweet. I also dealt with her when I checked out. The room was ok but it could've been cleaner. The mattress cover was stained on the sides and the shower had mildew around the tub and walls. Other than that it was decent. Not my typical kind of crowd. It was loud until early morning. I checked out two days early. But the price was not bad at all. I just think they just have to do better in cleaning the room and around their property.

Positive: The outside of the hotel and location was excellent Negative: The young lady at the front desk was very rude difficult to deal with. The room she gave me smell of urine and the shade didn't come down. After being moved to another room it was difficult for me to sleep ice machine and my refrigerator were too loud

Many issues. Price was around 35% higher than price advertised online. Manager was rude to me for having audacity to point that out. And then mocked me for driving around checking other places trying to find something more affordable. Total ripoff place that advertises reasonably priced motels but then bait & switch upon arrival. Huge taxes imposed by little town that has nothing to offer except bait & switch overpriced motels. making it unaffordable . But they trap travelers too tired upon upon arrival to go elsewhere. Left bad taste in my mouth. Will never ever again stay in Cleveland, Tennessee,!and will advise everybody to avoid it.

The young lady working at the front desk and the man who works later evenings are both extremely rude. Almost completely refused to let me speak to a manager and then once the manager was on the phone the young lady started tell her a false story about why I wanted to speak to her. All over a deposit that was not talked about nor told we needed to pay. And we were not in the criteria on their sign for deposits. Traveled 2 hours and the other family traveled 7 hours and both had cards on file. The folks working were just plain rude. Oh, and they enter your rooms while you're not there with no permission

Great stay. Recently remodeled, nice room, military discount, paid about 65 for the night. There is a nice Guatemalan restaurant next to it and it was fantastic. I would stay again and hit the restaurant too
