A great camping experience! Park rangers were nice and hosted little exhibits related to the surrounding area. Bring your quarters for a nice shower and laundry. Beautiful views! I would go again 💖
This time if year in mid october has plenty of availability. The few campers here are responsible, quiet and courteous. During day light hours there is plenty to do so bring your rod and reel or bicycles or hiking boots.
Some sites have very good views but I don't think there is a level site anywhere in the campground. We searched ALL of them. Other campers were looking for available campsites because their site was very hard to level up. The dirt/gravel mix was hard to get around in if you are in a wheelchair.
