M Lazy C Ranch

What a wonderful getaway, hidden near Lake George CO! Be sure you know what this is if staying here: a well seasoned, nicely updated, hundred year old ranch. You can stay in a log cabin, a bunk house, or a modern room. Plenty of heat, blankets, towels, water, etc provided. (Even fast wifi if you have a modern device 🤠.) The staff couldn't be nicer or more competent (Jackie and her team.) Truly a pleasure. I stayed a week in the Foreman's cabin: double bed, twin bed plus trundle underneath, two electric heaters, two comfy chairs, "TV tray" table, wonderful wood stove (it works!), mini fridge/coffee/microwave/etc. And bathroom/shower/sink a few steps away. I suppose that could be in high demand if many were staying,but this week it is blissfully quiet.🤠

We camped there with a large group. The campsites were nice only a little leveling needed Communication was great whenever we had a question. We loved how Jackie was teaching our kids how to ride the horses and the next day took our large group out on a horseback ride after we brushed them. The rec room was fun for the kids and we even used the shooting range.

My daughter and I have stayed here twice this year. The ranch is beautiful. The owners are welcoming and helpful. We took a horseback trail ride, learned a lot and had an amazing time. The ranch is close to a lake and state park where we went paddle boarding which was fun as well.

This barn wedding venue exceeded our expectations. Owners are kind and accommodating . The space and the setting felt like a storybook . Very unique ranch barn style venue !

We have a motor home and stayed in one of the RV sites. The location is spectacular. We loved the quiet, serene, lovely location with the occasional horse passing by. The owners are awesome. Sorry we couldn't have stayed longer.
