Rockview Inn and Suites

I have stayed at many inns nearby but this one is my favorite so far! I stayed here over one week. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was nice and hot and had good pressure, the room was clean. The fridge is a good size. I even checked in super late and had a last minute reservation. Mitul is awesome and so attentive of the property that it feels extra safe. In addition the area is so quiet and walkable to so many shops and restaurants. The beach is a short drive a way. The only thing I’d recommend to other guests is to bring sleeping plugs, headphones, etc. in case you are sensitive to noise like me. I’m always prepared but it’s possible to hear guests next door. Thankfully my neighbors were quiet and respectful but I could hear them so be prepared. Other than that, after staying

We had a nice stay at the Rockview Inn and Suites - the location is perfect for going to see Morro Rock and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parking is available on site. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, though the heating was a bit noisy. Nice stay overall.

There are plenty of better options in Morro Bay. The rooms look fairly recently renovated, but they must have used the absolute lowest paid workers and did the absolute bare minimum. Horrible workmanship leaves huge gaps, rust on fixtures, dirty and moldy window sills, etc. the bed was also one of the worst I've ever been in. The ac/heater unit was unbearably loud. Neighbors had TV blaring until 3 in the morning. The only really good thing about the hotel is the location. The rest of the room did appear to be clean, and we didn't see any bugs.

The rooms are very clean. We have stayed in rooms 111 and 106 and both are excellent. 106 is very spacious and all rooms have large smart TVs, great for watching movies while you relax. Also very close walking distance to businesses on main street and the famous Morro bay Embarcadero. Management is very friendly and pleasant to talk with. Very customer friendly service. I would definitely recommend and return as a guest myself to enjoy this great establishment again. Thank you.
