Rockdale RV Park Rear Entrance

This was a quick visit (3 weeks). The office was closed when we called for a spot but Cindy at the answering service was very helpful, and a delight to talk with. How difficult would it be to get our original spot? Turns out not too difficult at all. Sadly our pups are no longer with us. Libby passed while we were here last time, May 2024 and Maxx passed in Dec. 2024 So I added pics of our Lucy & Little Bit for your viewing pleasure. Haha It was still super cold and there were no leaves on the trees, so I didn't get any pics. Gobs of cardinals and these adorable, loud, wrens. They came to my Japanese Maples multiple times a day. Kept my cats (inside) on alert. L0L John was super nice, of course. He wanted us to stay longer. Careful what you wish for John. We may just be back, again.

Easy access off Highway 79 at the edge of Rockdale, Texas. Park was quiet and management was nice and accommodating. Drive through sites.

Park was nice and green, John the camp host was very helpful. The spots are pretty level with the hookup real close. The showers were clean and very large. Landry room between the showers. Quiet at night.

This is a great place to stay. It is clean and quiet.

Love Billy and JD the managers they treated me like family from the start Billy runs a tight ship and keeps out the trash type of people so the park is a nice safe place to stay long or short term, Washer dryer and shower avilable.
