Downtown Texas RV Park

We sure miss everybody. Richard, Kit, Lanny, all the boys and girls that took such good care of Cindy & I during our stay. Awesome place, awesome people. Can't wait to get back for another stay...Gene Eller

Small RV park in an old pecan orchard. Very quiet with no railroad tracks nearby! Rates are average. The sites are reasonably level and some are marginal to get into. A lot of full timers there so if you are going to an event at Apache Pass, make sure you reserve ahead of time. The Ice House across the street has the best burgers around.

quiet .. friendly neighbors .. laundromat and wifi . the owners are super friendly and accommodating. highly recommend and will return when i'm back in the area

Was all good at first then I had to continue to ask for receipts but yet still never received them then had to as for the sewer line to be fixed asked for 5 months then repaired it myself then I had to wait a little over a month for my deposit and they took 50 dollars of because they had to replace it back to the original state mind you this I took be fore and after pics and went back there and they did not replace anything I am highly upset and hope this is seen!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Quiet, friendly people, beautiful views of the texas countryside. The event center and restaurant next door were also excellent. I hope to return soon.
