Great park and very friendly. Help is always available for any circumstances. Recommended stay and shared experience. My week stay has been awesome. Will come back again.

Was fortunate enough to call this place home over the past few months. Great rate and location along with it being fair and well managed by the landlord Renee. If ever back in the area will be staying again for sure.

The customer service here is 💯! Mr. Rene answered our call and was ready to get us going to reserve us a spot last minute! 😝 The park is gated, very friendly campers, safe, clean and super quiet!!! There are also cabins they rent out as well. 😊 Mr. Glen was more than welcoming to us. Mr. Rene was not able to get us to our site personally, but in his place, Mr. Glen was able to assist us in backing up our 36-foot travel trailer. We were so happy, it was so easy with his instructions! 👍 We parked and stayed a couple of days in our RV, then left to go back south to Palacios. Mr. Rene kept in contact and made sure we were okay! 😉 The park has pretty good people that stay there, it has a trash dumpster, full hook ups, and a very nice little park with playground to the back of the extra park

Stayed here for 6 months while working in STX. Will stay again if ever back in STX. Great little RV Park. Quiet and gated with HS internet and Onsite Coin operated Laundry. Lots of good people stay here.

This is a very clean park. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The owner Rene and one of the park’s residents went way out of their way to help my husband get our Motorhome parked and our extra 16ft flat bed trailer unhooked and put in the storage over parking area. He even helped with leveling. The spot itself was shaded making it nice to set outside. Our rig is 40 ft so it took up a lot of space but Rene got us in here with no problem. The park is conveniently located to town. Took like 5 min to get to Walmart. We have a dog and the park has a big fenced area for dogs to run in. The park has a small playground for kids and a laundry room as well. The park is secure with gate and security cameras. The fiber optic internet is amazingly fast which is a huge bonus we were not expecting.
