Motel 6 Jourdanton, TX

Highly recommend! Have had several reservations here and with a 1 year old and 2 dogs (kids and pets stay free) now it's our home away from home. Unbeatable price, clean rooms and great atmosphere. Staff exceeded our expectations to accommodate us.

After 6 days of being here we were told that we had to check out on the 7th day at 11 am! No explanation !!! They said “all rooms were booked” how does our room get booked while we’re here staying and paying !? Also, there are a dozen open / empty rooms here at this moment . They say they’re all booked for “workers “ well a) we are here for work from Mississippi and b) we are current paying customers so I am just flabbergasted . The receptionist told me she doesn’t understand either that her manger just told her we have to check out on the 7th day at 11am. We are here out of state working for four months and this is how we get treated after 6 days ? We have worked on the road for 5 years and have never been told such a thing . We LOVED our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the hot water seemed endless, and the staff was attentive and lovely. We will be returning.

Rekha is a very kind and efficient receptionist. The rooms are clean. Air conditioners and heaters work well. They have satellite tv with lots of channels. Good hot water. Good microwave and fridge. It’s not the Taj Majal but it’s clean and affordable.
